Milli's clan is a quite unknown one. Their main jutsus consist of electricity. Milli however, is the last survier. They were wiped out by Kyuubi, when it attacked the village, except her mother and father who gave birth to her 3 years later. They looked after her for 6 years, but were assinated in a mission in the sand, by this time Naruto was 9 and took her in. On Milli's first mission, she found Kitty who was orphaned, took her in and with Kakashi n' Kiba's help taught her how to talk.
