*Inhales deeply* OhmyGodIcan'tbelieveIactuallyfinishedthis!

O_o

Ok! Started out drawing a random person with gun sketch, when my sister comes in and asks me, "Is that Alucard?" to which I reply, after some thought, "It is now." I didn't feel like drawing the anime style, though, so he came out like this. o_o

(I would, by the way, like to thank my sister, Celestial on FAC, without whose help this picture would just... blah. Even if I did have to make her critisizm constructive. I think my favorite critique courtesy of her was when she walked in, looked at it, and said, "He's *old*!" At which point she left.

Despite this, it is still a better picture 'cause of that, including the two or three virtual face-lifts I gave him.)

I finally figured out how to create layers on my Painter 1.000043. ^_^ And I used lots of 'em! I also learned that really really really LARGE canvases are a good thing (the origonal size on this thing was 2200x2400-bigger than anything I've ever done on the computer).

Other points:
-I can feel the dithering happening right now... T_T
-He looks oriental in the thumbnail... ^^;
-Haha... the people of London now live in mushroom-roof houses. :P
-Guns are not my stongpoint... I had to go look for pictures of that darn thing. That and the moon.
-"Kyuuketsuki" is "vampire" in Japanese. I know, how oringonal of me.

Hm... and I think that's all. ^_^ Painter Classic (1. 000000002.... T_T), 40-something hours.
