My first of two entries into Strata's contest to draw his....I suppose "characters" I decided to be random and instead of picking something completely made up in his mind, like his elementals, I ended up doing my own version of his version of a phoenix. We were supposed to make one major change though, and I merged the colors and patterns of his phoenix with the symbol of Dagretha, which is a two headed phoenix. The colored pencils highlighing the feathers didn't show up over some of the black I had done for a rough outline, hopefully it's still counted since the guidlines included that if we were going to do feathers they had to be in his more realistic style.
