Another character I can now tick off my list! It's Lupe the Wolf, from the Sonic The Hedgehog cartoon/comic. She's the leader of the Wolfpack.
She was even harder to draw than Sally - mainly because it's hard to find a good image to use as a reference. There's some great Lupe fanart out there, but each can be totally different to the next, particularly where the head is concerned, so like everyone else, I just sort of tried it my own way. I'm quite happy with the result, but I do have the problem of finishing pieces off quickly sometimes (because it's kind of deflating to work on something all night and then not end up posting it the same day). I probably did that here. For example, I couldn't get the intended facial expression right, so she ended up with a smile instead of a pout. I might also have made some digital alterations, but I was tired and decided to go ahead and release.
Used a felt-tip instead of a heavy pencil for the outlines on this one, interesting... a bit permanent for my liking though - once you've made a mark, you can't change it.
