Here is Judy Funnie, big sister of Doug Funnie, from the Nickelodeon cartoon Doug. I actually started a different drawing of her several months ago but didn't finish it - this one is far better. She was one of the first characters on my list of art to do, but after starting and then sidelining her art, it's taken a long time for me to come back to her.
An interesting note about this picture is as follows. Maybe you will notice that in quite a lot of my art I draw the character from the head down to just before (or after) the knees, rather than from head to toe. There are two possibilities as to why I will have done this - firstly, because that's as much as I wanted to draw on that occasion, possibly because I didn't want to spoil it by drawing more and perhaps not doing as well with the rest of it. The Second (less common) reason is that I did draw the whole character, but didn't like the lower part of the drawing, and so removed it from the scanned image. Notice that in this image, I initially only went down to the knees, then added my signature in what was originally the bottom left of the picture, but then went on to attempt the rest of the body, and was satisfied with the result, so you get the whole thing. I'm glad I did, I think the boots are one of the better features of the picture...
