She's one of the only Sonic-gals I had left to draw, mainly because it took me a while to think of a good idea for how I could make her look a bit different. I think I've done it, though - if there's any other Rouge fan art that looks like this, I'll eat my hat...
This took quite a while to do - I did the sketch for it ages ago, then left it lying around for a while. I was having some trouble sketching the coat (I'll come to the odd fashion choices later), and I only picked it up to work on again because it was easier than starting something new. Fortunately I managed to get it going again, and I think it's pretty awesome now that it's finished.
Yes, it is quite an odd costume - a puffa-jacket, underwear and shiny black boots (again...). This is an example of where I try to free my mind and think of something totally new, and stick with the first image that comes to me. On this occasion, this is what I thought of. I think it'd fit right into some bizarre rap music video.
