This is my art of Daphne from the Scooby Doo cartoons. I was originally going to draw Velma and Daphne together, but I always end up spending enough effort on one character alone.
This one was unusual because I had to do a lot of rubbing out and redrawing during the sketch stage, to get the pose and proportions right. I quite often find a real life picture to use as an example for the pose, and on this occasion I think I picked one that had the wrong figure. Anyway, I like how the outline came out in the end, and as for the mediocre coloring, I know it could be better, but it's adequate. I did have to go over the skin coloring on computer because it scanned very poorly.
