It's Colin Mochrie, Whose Line is it Anyway?'s most-talented improver!
For those of you who never heard of him (shame on you....just kidding. ^^;), Colin Mochrie is a Canadian improv comedian.
He starred on:
- Whose Line is it Anyway?.
- Drew Carey's Green Screen Show.
- Nabisco commercials.
- Guest appearances on The Drew Carey Show.
- He also tours the U.S. with Brad Sherwood, a fellow Whose Line? veteran, in an improv show, An Evening With Colin and Brad.
I love this portrait! :D
Anywho, this was a trace-over of an original sketch I did of Colin, and I colored it! :D

The quality's so bad because at the time, I didn't have a scanner, so I had to photograph my art, instead. ^^;
I used Crayola colored pencils to color this. It's one of my best Whose Line?-related pictures ever.
