This is Pooka the Pikachu! I was watching that one episode with Humungadunga wave and Victor and Pooka. I really loved that episode, it has been one of my most faves. I drew this out of inspiration and to try drawing pikachu again (Pikachu is my weakness at drawing it, I cant really draw it too well) but this sketch surprised me! lol, Pikachu and Pooka are so cute :3
