One of the new Pokemon, Phione, the 1st evolution of Manaphy. This Pokemon is very interesting because it can NOT evolve into Manaphy, but hatches from an egg of Manaphy, but not the Manaphy Egg. I finally finished watching the 9th movie last night. Anyways, I was fustrated because everything I drew didn't come out too well. So I was looking through Pokemon to see which one I can dress up for a contest. I chose Phione and started drawing headbands, stickers, bracelets, rubber bands and more on it. Then I saved the file so I can possibly do later. Then I took out the accessories and saved as another file to work on. So I finished coloring Phione and decided to make the Canvas Size bigger for a background. I TOTALLY SUCK at doing backgrounds, but surprisingly I think this one came out well. Now I don't know if I am really finished or not. But knowing myself, since this image is good enough already, I don't think I will be able to add anymore.
